• A member of our lettings team will visit your property and carry out a rental valuation
• Your property will be advertised on our website including the UK’s number 1 property portals Rightmove and Zoopla
• Potential tenants will go through a strict referencing process to ensure their suitability

Offers

• Our lettings team will arrange viewings with prospective tenants and put forward all appropriate offers for your consideration
• Once tenants have been selected we will collect the first month's rent and damage deposit
• Should you require – we will organise for an inventory to be carried out by a third party before the tenants move in (fees apply)

Tenancy end

• Should you require - a check-out report will be carried out by a third party (fees apply)
• Should you require - Vanet can discuss any contract renewals and renegotiations (fees apply)
