• Whatman House – 18 units – delivered £24,570 of monthly income on a three-year lease with upward rent reviews signed off two months prior to vacancy

• Limehouse Lock – 23 units – delivered £35,860 of monthly income on a three-year lease with upward rent reviews signed off four months prior to vacancy

• Zenith – 55 units – delivered £81,033 of monthly income on a three-year lease signed off 6 months prior to vacancy

In addition to large scale projects, our range of corporate tenants are regularly signing off tenancies on individual units or smaller clusters of units across London.
